Upon graduating from law school, Karachi started her legal career as a corporate associate at Venable, where she advised middle-market clients across various industries during corporate transactions. Karachi later transitioned to Goodwin Procter, where she advised technology-focused startups to mature companies and investors on corporate governance, venture capital, M&A, capital markets, and other strategic corporate deals up to $28.5M. After spending 2½ years practicing at Am Law 100 firms, Karachi began her in-house counsel journey at Meta, where she managed legal review of content, production, and platform deals across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Reality Labs as commercial counsel.

Building on her roles in Big Tech and Big Law, Karachi launched TECH ESQ.℠ — providing in-house legal support to global companies (from startups to the Fortune 100) during technology transactions. Now, Karachi leverages her commercial, privacy, and product counseling experience to advise companies operating throughout the tech industry.
