Unauthorized use of this mark, or any confusingly similar designation, in connection with legal services or related goods or services is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Karachi Achilihu. This protection extends to the wording of the mark itself, regardless of capitalization, font, letter case, or other non-distinctive stylistic variations. The use of “Tech Esq.,” “TECH ESQ.,” “tech esq.,” or similar variations may still constitute trademark infringement or otherwise violate applicable law if likely to cause confusion regarding the source, sponsorship, or affiliation of goods or services.

ATTORNEY LICENSE & PRACTICE SCOPE

  • Karachi Achilihu is an attorney who is actively licensed to practice law, while also in good standing, in the following jurisdictions: (i) District of Columbia and (ii) Maryland.

  • TECH ESQ.® operates as a legal consultancy, not a law firm. Karachi Achilihu generally provides fractional in-house legal support on an hourly, project-based, or contract basis through client engagements. TECH ESQ.® does not accept advance client funds to be held in trust and does not maintain client retainer deposits.

  • Karachi Achilihu provides legal services to clients remotely and only in jurisdictions where she is either: (i) licensed, (ii) authorized to do so under applicable remote legal practice exceptions, or (iii) operating under a limited in-house legal counsel exception or registration framework. Karachi always complies with all applicable rules governing the practice of law in each relevant jurisdiction where she engages with clients.
