  • TECH ESQ.® is a federally registered service mark owned by Tech Esquire LLC in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This mark is protected under United States trademark law. Unauthorized use of this mark, or any confusingly similar designation, in connection with legal services or related goods or services is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Karachi Achilihu. This protection extends to the wording of the mark itself, regardless of capitalization, font, letter case, or other non-distinctive stylistic variations. The use of “Tech Esq.,” “TECH ESQ.,” “tech esq.,” or similar variations may still constitute trademark infringement or otherwise violate applicable law if likely to cause confusion regarding the source, sponsorship, or affiliation of goods or services.

ATTORNEY LICENSE & LEGAL PRACTICE SCOPE

  • Karachi Achilihu, Esq. is an attorney who is actively licensed to practice law, while also currently in good standing, in the following U.S. jurisdictions: (i) District of Columbia and (ii) Maryland.

  • Karachi Achilihu operates TECH ESQ.® as a legal consultancy, not a law firm. Karachi generally provides fractional in-house legal support to clients on an hourly, project-based, or contract basis through client engagements. TECH ESQ.® does not accept advance client funds to be held in trust and does not maintain client retainer deposits.

  • Karachi Achilihu provides legal services to clients by herself, remotely, and only in jurisdictions where she is either: (i) licensed, (ii) operating under a limited in-house legal counsel exception or registration framework; or (iii) authorized to do so under applicable legal practice arrangements. Karachi always complies with all applicable rules governing the practice of law in each relevant jurisdiction where she engages with clients.
